11. Payment Terms

Payment is issued within 24 hours of device verification, subject to:

• Successful device inspection
• Verification of the device's actual condition matching the description
• Compliance with our verification procedures
• No fraud or suspicious activity detected

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, users agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with California law.
